Astley & Tyldesley FC was established in 2004, serving the children, youth & adults of our local community with pride and purpose.

As a non-profit organisation, we are committed to delivering high-quality grassroots football that ensures unforgettable experiences for all our esteemed members.

We take great pride in being the grassroots football club where Ella Toone, our Lioness, began her remarkable football journey.

Our club is growing at a very fast rate from 20 teams some 6 years ago to 50 today with further substantial growth predicted for season 2024/25.

Our fantastic home ground in Gin Pit & our satalite ground at ST Marys, with both grass and 3G pitches, plus our structured player pathway for both boys and girls have been important factors in this growth aligned to a “one club” philosophy allowing the club to provide football for beginners right through to players who move into professional clubs academies.

Astley & Tyldesley FC now have over a 1000 players who we encourage to play a positive part in our local community.
